Victory District Streetscape

A pedestrian-intense, mixed-use district in Dallas, Victory encompasses the new Arena designed for the Stars and the Mavericks and is situated directly adjacent to the city’s business center as well as its historic West End. Victory’s approximately eight million square feet of development is comprised of entertainment, retail, office, hotel and residential components as well as the streets, parks, plazas and parking required to support them.

T|G led the site component of the master planning design team that established the public infrastructure, streetscape amenities and private design guidelines that will guarantee a distinctive and unifying identity to the entire district.
