Unanimously Approved - Downtown Darien Baywater Corbin Project!
The Corbin Project is a mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of downtown Darien. Interconnected by the common use of New England coastal village materials yet each designed to offer its own unique experience, the outdoor spaces ask to be discovered and explored. At the heart of the development, the Village Square serves as the primary community space. With a range of uses in mind, the Square can transform to host farmers’ markets, concerts, and community festivals. Construction is planned for the spring or summer of 2019.
