Kelly Reed, PLA, ASLA

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Born and raised on Mount Desert Island in Maine, Kelly brings a New England sensibility and a profound respect for the dynamics of ocean and water systems to all of her work. She received her BA in Psychology from Bates College and her Master in Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia. While at UVa, Kelly was awarded the Benjamin Howland Fellowship, which supported her research in Iceland where she investigated the relationships between geothermal infrastructure and Iceland’s people and public space. Before joining T|G, Kelly developed her love of plants through her work as an estate gardener and her dedication to craftsmanship and detail as a carpenter.

Kelly joined Towers|Golde in 2012 with enthusiasm for its philosophy and enduring built work. She rejoined the firm in 2023 and strives to create elegant and lasting landscapes that become memorable places for all.
