T|G created a master plan of Wegerzyn Gardens for Five Rivers Metroparks which consisted of a detailed outline of potential uses and improvement options addressing its visual identity. This plan assisted Five Rivers as they acquired management of Wegerzyn from the City of Dayton.

The garden-focused park design was expanded to enhance natural habitat areas with ecological and visual diversity. The future expansion is to include educational and demonstration garden areas, a new main visitor center will provide meeting and program space with community space opportunities both inside and on the new terrace.
