1775 Tysons Boulevard
1775 Tyson Boulevard is a sub-unit of the planned Tyson’s Corner Urban Center in Fairfax County, VA. The total mixed-use development is 5.9 million square feet of office buildings, hotels and retail support services all in close proximity to a new metro station.
T|G worked closely with the architects in the design of the first phase of the Master Plan: a high rise multi-tenanted office building with structured parking. Central to the site development for this project is a public park located at the Center’s gateway and adjacent to the office building. Designed to showcase several large pieces of commissioned sculpture, the park provides the amenities of seating areas, outdoor rooms and expansive lawn for lunching office workers and neighborhood residents alike. All landscape features were sustainably designed to support the project’s LEED Platinum goals.
