Towers|Golde’s work includes the design and documentation of the streetscape as well as a more finely detailed drop off area and tower entry court at street level, but the major focus of T|G involvement has been the design of the 30,000 sf roof garden. This will provide the common areas of the tower with a park-like setting in a modern aesthetic with a range of opportunities for both active and passive recreation. This elegantly detailed garden will offer residents a pool and playground, as well as significant open spaces, lush planted areas and contemplative seating and conversation niches. A resilient surfaced tennis court is also planned for a lower level roofdeck.
